Flexee – Salary on Demand
Flexee builds the sense of security of employees - because thanks to it, they can reach for the money earned up to the amount of earned remuneration on any day of the month. In addition, thanks to integrations with the HR and payroll program, the entire process is automated, easy to use and relieves the burden of calculating advances.

The need is a mother of application
Where did the app idea come from?
Andrzej Nowak (Flexee CEO) – From the market need, which we sensed through our experience and connections. My personal background is the financial and business market. Thanks to my experience I know that earlier salary payments are needed. Why can’t the salary be flexible? Why can’t I withdraw my salary every day if I work every day?
We started to analyze and compare markets, and our idea originated from the needs we saw there. It turned out that in may English speaking countries a certain trend emerged some time ago: the salary paid by an employer early is treated as an employee benefit, Americans refer to it as “salary on demand”. It turned out that, by complete chance, several companies started to operate following this principle at the same time; there are even first “unicorns” that are valued in billions, which implemented such employee benefits on employers’ behalf. We want to go a step further.
We want Flexee to provide access to early salary to any employee, whether we have an agreement with their employer or not. Because of that, from the very beginning, we’ve been building our technology dedicated for B2B2C and B2C markets.
Administration Panel (CRM)
Apart form the mobile Flexee app, clients (companies) and system administrators have access to an administrative panel (CRM), which facilitates managing the clients (employees of a given company) and companies directly cooperating with Flexee.
Available options include:
- browsing through all clients, along with convenient filters,
- detailed data in a client’s profile view,
- verification and acceptance of a payout along with payout history,
- background check necessary for payout process (AML),
- sending push notifications on new products and promotions,
- graphs and reports necessary for analytics.
Technologies
Flexee is delivered with Flutter, which allows app creation for the devices with Android and iOS systems at the same time.
What We Achieved
We have built a complete product consisting of Android and iOS applications, a backend module, and a backoffice module for managing users and payments.
